Hey there, tired parent!
I’m Kaylee, mom of three and your new bestie who knows a lot about baby and toddler sleep!
I aim to provide you with responsive sleep advice and solutions that WORK. You get your me-time back and can wake up in the morning only needing just one cup of coffee to get through the day all while having a child that LOVES sleep. In 2021 I completed my certification program at The Cradle Coach Academy and have gained over 3 years of experience working with families around the world to help them restore sleep and sanity back into their homes.
I want you to look forward to laying your child down to sleep and know it won’t be a struggle! If the idea of a nap long enough to give you time to shower sounds like a dream come true, well then I can make your dreams come true! You can stop the overwhelming late-night Google searches of “how to get my child to sleep” as I will give you all the tools you need to teach your child how to independently fall asleep and stay asleep. You will support your child to learn how to sleep independently and I will support you through the process. If you want someone you can trust who is going to teach you how to get this done in a way that is FAIR for your child’s age and development, then I am your person!
Our son really struggled with sleeping and staying in bed when we transitioned him to a toddler bed. Kaylee helped us implement a plan that helped him gain the confidence and comfort to sleep through the night in his own bed. I’m Kaylee! Certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant, mom of three, and your solution to getting out of the #nosleepclub!
My journey to becoming a sleep consultant started when my first son, Callum, was around 4 months old and I was experiencing a pretty severe case of Postpartum Depression. I was still waking every 2-3 hours him overnight AND running around with a 2 year old. My mental health needed REST.
That is what led me to connecting with one of our very own sleep coaches here at The Sleepyhead Coach! That was when I decided that I would love to bring this relief and rest to other families and earned my certification from The Cradle Coach Academy. I can’t wait to connect with you and help you teach your little one independent sleep skills that will last them a lifetime! Your mental health will thank you too!

Julie founded The Sleepyhead Coach in 2019 with the goal of not just helping families get more sleep but also offering unique plans and strategies to account for different sleepers! Julie has worked with hundreds of families worldwide and never imagined the brand would reach and help so many infants and toddlers! Kaylee continues to cater to the uniqueness of each child and carries on Julie’s mission.
